Job Description

Job Role: Field Sales Executive (FSE) – Paytm Payment Services Ltd

- Core Responsibility: Drive on-field sales and service of Paytm QR, Soundbox, and EDC Machines across assigned areas in Kolkata.

- Key Duties:

- Generate new merchant leads and onboard them for Paytm payment solutions

- Install and demo QR, Soundbox, and EDC devices at merchant outlets

- Provide after-sales service, troubleshooting, and merchant training

- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain merchant relationships

- Handle device replacement, KYC updates, and activation support.
