Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team in Ludhiana. The candidate will be responsible for visiting salons, parlours, and cosmetic wholesalers, promoting and selling our skin and hair care products in the medium-range market segment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Visit 12–16 parlours/salons/wholesalers daily in assigned areas (beat plan).

• Promote and demonstrate our products to salon owners and staff.

• Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up for repeat sales.

• Onboard new clients and maintain long-term B2B relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Collect feedback from clients and report market insights to the team.

• Maintain basic records using mobile apps/Excel or WhatsApp.

✅ Required Skills

• 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG or beauty industry preferred).

• Good communication in Punjabi & Hindi; basic English is a plus.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Ludhiana markets and routes.

• Basic understanding of beauty/salon products is preferred.

• Ability to work independently with responsibility.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 1 - 6 years of experience.
