Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive for our Ahmadabad,

Surat & Rajkot location. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our IT software

products, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Prior field sales experience and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects

• Identify potential customers and generate new business

• Meet clients in the field to understand their requirements

• Pitch products and explain company profile & USPs

• Prepare and share proposals, negotiate, and close deals

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients

• Track market trends and competitor activities

• Maintain client database and prepare sales reports

• Achieve assigned sales targets and manage revenue

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (Field Sales preferred)

• Good communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati

• Strong negotiation and marketing skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude

• Ability to create and deliver presentations

• Fast learner with adaptability in a competitive environment

• Passion for sales and client interaction

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

• Travelling Allowance: ₹5,000 (Bills required)
