Job Title: Field Sales Executive

📍 Work Location:
Sector 94, 125, 126, 127, 128, 132 – Noida

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass
Age Limit: 18–35 Years
Must Have: Smartphone & Two-Wheeler
Valid Driving License Preferred

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits to onboard merchants and promote Paytm products
Meet sales performance targets:
- 15–20 RVs per day (first 15 days)
- 10 Store Bookings (first month)
Educate merchants on product usage and complete KYC & documentation
Maintain daily visit log and submit reports to the Sales Manager

Salary & Benefits

Field Sales Executive (FSE):
- CTC: ₹3,12,000/year
- In-Hand: ₹22,000/month (based on experience)
Senior Field Sales Executive (Sr. FSE):
- CTC: ₹3,72,000/year
- In-Hand: ₹27,000/month (based on experience)

💰 Salary Cycle: 16th to 15th
⭐ Performance-Based Incentives Available

Note: First 7 days salary will reflect in the next cycle.
