Real Estate Sales Manager

Projexis is looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our Real Estate sales team. The role involves client handling, site visits, lead follow-ups, and closing property deals in Noida and nearby regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries from portals, calls, and walk-in clients

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties

• Conduct site visits and coordinate with clients

• Follow up with prospects and maintain client relationships

• Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and deal closure

• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (freshers with good communication may apply)

• Must have own conveyance (mandatory for site visits)

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

• Basic knowledge of Noida real estate market is an advantage
