Job Title: Field Relationship Manager

Salary & Benefits:

In-hand Salary: ₹20,000 to 26000 per month

PF Contribution: ₹3,600

Petrol Allowance: ₹200 per day

Incentives: Up to ₹15,000 per month (performance-based)

Languages Required: English, Kannada, Hindi

Assets Required: Two-wheeler (mandatory)

Travel Requirement: 50–80 km daily

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Relationship Manager to manage customer visits, verify property details, and ensure successful rental closures. The role involves close interaction with both tenants and property owners and requires strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customer locations based on company-provided leads.

Coordinate with tenants and property owners to finalize rental agreements.

Convince and negotiate with both parties to close deals successfully.

Verify property listings by cross-checking photos and ensuring authenticity.

Maintain accurate documentation and daily visit reports.

Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria:

6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales or a client-facing role.

Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.

Comfortable traveling up to 80 km daily.

Immediate joiners preferred (notice period 0–7 days).
