Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via voice and/or non-voice channels.
Engage with prospective customers and identify their requirements.
Provide product and service information clearly and accurately.
Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Follow up with interested leads to drive conversions.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes.
Meet individual and team performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and conversions.
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
At least 6 months of relevant experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer service.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written).
Ability to work in rotational shifts and a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹26,000 per month + attractive Incentives.
