.Qualification: Graduate (Engineering / Commerce / Management preferred)
5–7 years of experience in bearing or industrial sales
.Preferred, Gujarat market handling experience.
Salary: upto 4.5 LPA
Mandatory Skills: Field Sales, Travelling, Followup
Key Responsibilities:
1.Appoint new distributors and dealers as per company policy
2.Manage and support distributors, dealers, and channel partners
3.Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for Gujarat
4.Plan and execute sales activities for each territory
5.Monitor billing, collections, credit limits, and pending payments
6.Handle aftermarket and industrial customers
7.Grow business in key industrial areas such as Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Morbi, Surat,
Vadodara, Vapi, Bharuch, and Jamnagar
8.Conduct joint field visits with distributors and their sales teams
9.Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
10.Coordinate with accounts, logistics, marketing, and technical teams
11.Follow company policies and standard operating procedures
Key Skills:
1.Good understanding of distribution and channel management
2.Strong communication and negotiation skills
3.Knowledge of bearing products and their applications will be an added advantage
4.Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
5.Ability to speak, read, and write in Gujarati
