Key Responsibilities:

 Greet and attend to customers promptly and politely

 Provide information on food products, offers, and pricing

 Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the counter and surrounding area

 Restock shelves and counters as required

 Ensure all products are fresh and properly labelled

 Handle customer queries or complaints professionally

 Report daily sales and stock shortages to the Supervisor / Sales Manager
