Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth for our pest control services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, explaining services, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial segments
Conduct field visits, site inspections, and client meetings
Explain pest control services, packages, and pricing to potential customers
Prepare and share quotations and proposals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed clients
Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and CRM updates
Coordinate with the operations team for service scheduling
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Handle customer queries and ensure high levels of satisfaction
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales / direct sales (preferred in pest control or service industry)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
