Role Overview:
This is a high-intensity, target-driven role focused on BTL activities, direct customer acquisition, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation (Primary Responsibility)
• Generate high-quality leads through on-ground BTL activities
• Target key hotspots:
o Dark stores (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.)
o Petrol pumps
o High gig-worker density zones
• Identify and unlock new lead generation pockets within the assigned cluster
2. Funnel Ownership (Lead → Test Ride → Sale)
• Own end-to-end conversion funnel:
o Leads generated
o Test rides conducted
o Final sales closures
• Ensure strong follow-ups and push prospects towards conversion
• Maintain high lead-to-sale conversion ratios
3. Test Ride & Dealer Walk-ins
• Drive customers to dealerships for test rides
• Coordinate with dealer teams to ensure smooth experience
• Ensure maximum test ride-to-sale conversion
4. On-Ground Marketing Execution
• Execute local marketing initiatives and activations
• Set up and manage on-ground camps, kiosks, and outreach drives
• Ensure brand visibility and engagement in assigned territory
5. Dealer Coordination
• Work closely with mapped dealerships to align on daily priorities
• Ensure leads generated are effectively handled and converted
• Support dealer sales teams in closing customers
6. Daily Tracking & Reporting
• Track and report:
o Leads generated
o Test rides completed
o Sales closed
• Share daily updates with clear visibility on pipeline and blockers
Key Metrics (KRAs)
• Leads generated (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Test rides conducted
• Vehicles sold (primary KPI)
• Lead-to-test ride conversion
• Test ride-to-sale conversion
Candidate Profile (Strict Hiring Filter)
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales / BTL / direct sales roles
• Prior experience in:
o EV / 2W / automotive sales OR
o Telecom / FMCG / high-intensity field sales roles
• Must have experience in on-ground lead generation and closures
