Job Summary
The Offline Marketing Executive / Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting the
hospital’s eye care services through field marketing, building relationships with doctors and clinics,
and generating patient referrals. The role focuses on increasing the hospital’s presence in the local
market through outreach activities and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct field visits to clinics, optometrists, hospitals, and healthcare providers to build
referral networks.
Promote the hospital’s eye care services, treatments, and surgical procedures.
Develop strong relationships with doctors, optical shops, and healthcare professionals.
Identify opportunities to organize eye screening camps in corporates, schools, and
communities.
Distribute promotional materials and create awareness about hospital services.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of health camps and outreach
programs.
Maintain records of daily visits, referrals, and marketing activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly referral targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to the marketing team.
Required Skills

Basic understanding of healthcare services and eye treatments

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
Experience
1–4 years of experience as a Medical Representative, marketing executive, or healthcare field
sales
Experience in pharmaceutical, hospital, or diagnostic centre marketing preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of doctor visits and partnerships developed
