Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Marketing Executives to join our team at our Kolkata Dalhousie centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, promoting our vocational courses, and supporting the enrollment process through effective marketing outreach.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach activities to generate qualified leads for ICA Edu Skills courses.

• Promote course offerings in-person visits, webinars, and seminars.

• Explain course features, benefits, and career outcomes to prospective students.

• Organize and participate in field campaigns and local marketing events.

• Maintain and update lead data, track engagement, and follow up consistently.

• Work closely with the admissions and placement team to align marketing goals with institutional objectives.
  

Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (UG: Any Graduate).

• Experience: 2–6 years

• Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling and field visits

• Ability to conduct webinars/seminars confidently

• Proactive attitude and target-oriented mindset
