Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

• Conduct field visits and cold calls to prospective customers.

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.

• Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

• Attend meetings, sales events, and training to stay up to date with the latest developments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a field sales representative, sales executive, or similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals.

• Familiarity with CRM practices and sales performance metrics.

• High school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
