Job Description

The Solar Marketing Engineer cum Execution Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end management of rooftop solar projects, starting from lead generation and client acquisition to technocommercial proposal preparation and smooth handover to execution teams. This role acts as a bridge between sales and execution, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of Residential, Commercial, and Industrial (RCI) rooftop solar projects.

Key Responsibilities  Lead generation and client acquisition for rooftop solar projects (Residential / Commercial / Industrial)  Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and deal closure  Act as a single point of contact between the client and internal execution teams  Ensure complete and structured handover from sales to execution with all technical and commercial documentation

Qualifications  Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical / Renewable Energy

Experience  2–5 years of experience in rooftop solar marketing & execution coordination
