Job Role The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for handling sales operations within an assigned territory. The role focuses on generating sales, developing strong customer relationships, supporting brand sales initiatives, and strengthening the presence of associated brands in the designated area. This position requires strong field engagement, eAective sales closure skills, and a target-driven approach.
Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential customers within the assigned territory. Generate sales and achieve assigned targets consistently. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailer clients. Support brand sales teams in market development. Ensure eAective visibility and availability of company brands in the market. Collect market feedback and provide insights on customer needs and competitor activities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Regular order taking and payment collection from customers.
Requirements Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Prior sales experience is not mandatory. No specific age limit. Basic knowledge of the local geography and market is an added advantage. Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field. Target-oriented and self-motivated working attitude.
