We are expanding our field team and looking for energetic professionals to onboard vendors and grow our regional presence.

🎯 Role Overview

The Vendor Onboarding & Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying, meeting, and onboarding event, function, and stay-related service providers onto the BookingMate platform.

This is a field-oriented role with strong growth potential.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Interact with event organizers and service providers such as:

Event planners

Wedding halls & venues

Resorts & homestays

Caterers

Decorators

Photographers & videographers

Explain BookingMate platform benefits and pricing model

Onboard vendors onto the platform

Collect required onboarding details and documentation

Conduct field visits across nearby districts

Maintain daily activity & onboarding reports

Build strong vendor relationships for long-term engagement

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree / Diploma preferred

Smart, confident & well-groomed personality

Strong communication skills (Malayalam mandatory, English preferred)

Basic knowledge of mobile apps & digital platforms

Freshers are welcome – complete training will be provided

Must be willing to travel for field visits

Driving license mandatory
