Field Sales Executive

Job Summary

Flint Infotech is looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, and promoting company IT products and services. The candidate should have strong convincing skills, basic English communication ability, and a passion for sales and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned areas to identify and generate new business leads.

• Meet prospective customers and present Flint Infotech’s products and services.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and identify potential opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into business.

• Maintain daily reports of field visits and sales activities.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of English (spoken and written).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to generate leads through field visits and networking.
