We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to support our business growth in the industrial flooring sector. This role involves direct interaction with industrial clients, contractors, architects and builders to generate leads, build brand visibility and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site visits to warehouses, factories, construction sites and industrial zones to identify potential flooring requirements.

• Generate and qualify new leads through field outreach, site surveys and cold visits.

• Distribute brochures, catalogs and technical materials to prospective clients and industry stakeholders.

• Support the sales team by coordinating meetings, technical discussions and follow-ups.

• Provide market feedback on competition, pricing trends and customer preferences.

• Maintain accurate reports of field activities and lead status.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.

• 1–3 years of field marketing or sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.

• Strong communication and networking skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.

• Self-motivated, target-driven and confident in outdoor sales/marketing environments.
