🧭 What You’ll Do

• Visit local restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and retail stores across Bangalore

• Pitch our eco-packaging products and onboard new customers on ParcelCounter.in

• Generate and convert leads into paying customers

• Demonstrate app usage and train customers on placing orders

• Share samples, explain pricing, and build lasting customer relationships

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

• Provide updates and insights from field visits to the internal team

💸 Compensation & Incentives

• Stipend: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month

• Incentives: Based on order volume and new registrations

• Bonus: ₹5,000 bonus for achieving 300 registrations in 30 days

• Target Carry Forward: If 250+ registrations are done, 33.3% target carries to the next month

• Full-time Opportunity: High-performing interns will be offered a permanent role

• Team Lead Role: Eligible after 6 months of successful probation

🧠 Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with field sales experience (0–1 year)

• Energetic, outgoing individuals who love ground-level sales and customer interaction

• Must own a smartphone and a two-wheeler (bike)

• Comfortable communicating in the local language (basic English preferred)

• Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated

• Able to work with mobile apps and digital tools
