Job Role:
We are looking for highly motivated individuals for a hardcore field sales role. You will be responsible for meeting e-rickshaw dealers, drivers, and fleet owners to promote and sell our innovative Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) solution.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Identify and acquire new customers through cold calls and field visits
✅ Drive local market activities like roadshows, canopy setups, and activations
✅ Clearly explain product/service offerings to potential customers
✅ Follow up with leads and close sales
✅ Assist customers with onboarding and activation of services
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 1 year of direct field sales experience
🔹 Minimum qualification: 12th pass
🔹 Strong communication and persuasion skills
🔹 Willingness to travel and work in the field
Compensation:
💰 Fixed Salary + Fuel Reimbursement + Attractive Incentives
