Job Description

Salary details and JD for Market Manager.

CTC -26000/-Per Month
Take Home – 22000/-Per Month

TADA - Per day-180/-rs per day
Variable Pay- Up to 10000/- based on their performance.


JD:

  • Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

  • Building relationships with existing buyers

  • Generating New leads and onboarding.

  • Collecting orders from existing buyers."

  • Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts 

  • Focusing on promoting udaan's own products to retailers.

  • Converting Dormant buyers.

  • Credit Analysis and Recovery.

  • Building business relationships with current and potential Buyers

  • Assisting buyers with promotional and other offers

  • Resolving key issues which might be faced.

  • Collaborating with Manager on sales goals & highlighting key issues

Requirements:

  • Bike/DL/Smartphone mandatory.

  • Candidate must be fluent in Kannada

  • Min. Experience of 1 year in any type of field sales.

  • Fresher candidates interested in field sales are also considered
