Key Roles & Responsibilities of Field Sales Executive:

Visit Customers / Dealers / Retailers
- Meet existing and new customers regularly.
- Explain products and offers.
Generate Sales
- Take orders from shops, distributors, or clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
Market Expansion
- Find new customers and develop new areas.
Relationship Management
- Maintain good relationships with dealers/customers.
- Solve customer issues quickly.
Payment Collection
- Follow up for pending payments.
Product Promotion
- Promote new launches, schemes, and discounts.
Competitor Analysis
- Check competitor pricing, products, and market trends.
Reporting
- Submit daily visit reports, sales reports, expenses, etc.
