Job Description Join Airtel as a Broadband Champion (BB Champ) and apply your extensive field sales experience to maximize broadband sales. You will be responsible for engaging customers swiftly and professionally, showcasing Airtel’s superior connectivity solutions with precision and persuasive communication. This is a 100% field-based role requiring strong self-motivation and initiative. Key Responsibilities:  Door to Door Sales: Conduct customer visits to present broadband and bundled service propositions, ensuring consistent follow-up until a definitive outcome is achieved.  Online Lead Conversion: Ensure rapid engagement by calling to online leads within 10 minutes; mandatorily visit the customer location and pitch Airtel Broadband effectively and make a sale.  Market Activity: Proactively generate new business through cold calling and on-ground prospecting during lead downtimes.  Generate References: Reach out to existing customers and market sources to generate references. Cultivate and convert customer referrals to maintain a healthy and sustainable sales pipeline.  Digital First: Leverage digital platforms including Airtel Work, CRM systems, Excel, and mobile applications for efficient lead tracking and performance monitoring.  Create Market Visibility & Branding of Airtel: Execute hyperlocal marketing initiatives such as stickering and leafleting in high-potential catchment areas.  Competitive Sales Pitching Deliver persuasive and well-informed sales pitches by benchmarking against competitors and emphasizing Airtel’s unique value propositions. Qualification & Experience:  Educational Background: Graduate  Age: 22 - 31 Years  Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of field / direct sales experience.  Industry & Target Companies: o Telecom (Field sales role in broadband or telecom products) o Financial Services & Banking (Credit cards, Loans, QR payments, mobile plans, insurance etc). o Any other industry with exposure to high-pressure, incentive-based sales environments.  Vehicle Possession: Mandatory Competencies & Behavioral Traits:  Demonstrates unwavering persistence and resilience, maintaining a “never say no” attitude even in the face of rejection.  Familiar with local customer needs, strong interpersonal skills, ability to build referrals.  Exhibits excellent objection handling skills and effective communication to articulate product benefits.  Possesses strong local market insight and the ability to build trusted customer relationships.  Is self-driven by performance-based incentives, showing a disciplined follow-up approach.  Maintains basic proficiency in digital tools and a keen aptitude for leveraging technology in sales.  Driven by a clear aspiration for career growth and possesses a strong sense of ownership in achieving targets.
