Reports to: Sales Head

CTC : Up to 35 K

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify key contacts at potential client companies and approach them to establish and foster a relationship.

• Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand client needs and requirements to tailor cleaning service packages.

• Present cleaning service packages and negotiate contracts.

• Secure contracts and close deals effectively.

• Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.

• Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports.

• • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities.

• Work effectively with internal teams, including operations and marketing.

• Preparing of quotations/proposals/tenders and presentations

Qualifications:

• Any Graduate/ Diploma
