About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, specializing in Lubricants Sales within the Oil & Gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence through proactive field engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in the lubricants segment.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients across industrial, automotive, and commercial sectors.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and consultative selling.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions to highlight product value.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the sales manager.
Candidate Requirements
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
Experience: 1–6 years in field sales, preferably in lubricants, oil & gas, or automotive industry.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Other Requirements:
Male candidates only (as per role requirement).
Must own a bike and be comfortable with extensive field travel.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
