Job Summary
The Area Sales Officer (ASO) will be responsible for driving sales of Kemetyl car care
products through HPCL petrol outlets in their assigned territory. This includes managing a
team of Sales Executives / Petrol Pump Promoters who directly interact with fuel-filling
customers, promoting and selling products like windshield washer fluids, dashboard polish,
speed wax, upholstery cleaners, and other car care essentials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly sales targets for the assigned petrol pump network.
Ensure product visibility and effective consumer pitch at the point of fuel filling.
Plan and implement local area marketing and promotional activities at outlets.
2. Team Management
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Petrol Pump Sales Executives (SEs).
Monitor daily sales performance, motivate the team, and drive high productivity.
Conduct periodic on-ground coaching and skill development sessions.
3. Retail Operations at Petrol Outlets
Ensure proper placement of product displays, signages, and POS branding at HPCL
