Implement retention strategies to reduce advisor attrition
Motivate and recognize advisors through contests and incentives
Ensure adherence to company policies and IRDAI guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Handle audits and ensure zero regulatory breaches
Identify new markets and customer segments
Plan local marketing and lead-generation activities
Track competitor activities and market trends
Strong knowledge of life insurance products and Agency Channel dynamics
Excellent people management and recruitment skills
Sales orientation with target-driven mindset
Good communication and negotiation skills
Leadership, coaching, and motivational abilities
Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)
