Position: Sales Executive – Payroll Services (Field Sales)

Location: JMD Megapolis, Subhash Chowk, Sohna Road, Gurugram
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Allowance (TA)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell Payroll Processing and Staffing Services to businesses, SMEs, startups, and corporate clients. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, building strong business relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit offices, industrial areas, and business establishments to promote company services.

• Generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.

• Identify client manpower and payroll requirements and offer suitable solutions.

• Meet HR Managers, Accounts Managers, Business Owners, and decision-makers.

• Present company services and explain the benefits of payroll outsourcing and staffing solutions.

• Convert leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status regularly.

• Follow up with prospects and ensure timely closure of deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Staffing, Recruitment, Payroll, or Service Industry.

• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

• Comfortable with field work and client meetings.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Email, and Reporting.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
