We are expanding our sales team and are looking for enthusiastic field sales executives to help us grow our market presence and build strong customer relationships.
Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell company products.
Visit retailers, distributors, and other clients in assigned territories.
Generate new leads and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product solutions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and share insights with the sales team.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 0–2 years in field sales
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
