Key Responsibilities:
Drive customer acquisition by selling broadband services in assigned residential communities.
Handle inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups within TAT (Turnaround Time).
Generate new leads through door-to-door campaigns, cold calling, and referrals.
Build rapport with RWAs, apartment associations, and gated communities for bulk/individual sales.
Submit daily sales reports and updates to the reporting manager.
Conduct BTL activities like kiosk setups, leaflet and brochure distribution to enhance visibility.
Participate in group and on-ground campaigns to counter local competition.
Utilize and convert low-utilization zones to maximize network coverage and sales.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sale follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in telecom/broadband/ISP sector.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel and work in field-based roles.
Familiarity with Bangalore locations (Whitefield, Marathahalli, etc.) is a plus.
