Field Sales Executive

ob Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Medielite medical garments and related products.

- Develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, doctors, medical stores, distributors, and healthcare institutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Explain product features, quality, benefits, and applications to customers.

- Conduct regular market visits and follow up with customers.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.

- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

- Experience in medical garments, healthcare, textiles, or related industries will be an advantage.

- Willingness to travel for field sales.

- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp reporting.
