To prepare and implement quarterly plans and
strategy for achieving sales targets
ü To generate new business leads for the companyusing
techniques such as cold calling & pitching, attending
conferences and events, ensuring top of the mind
recall with existing clients or attending to incoming
inquiries
ü To service existing clients to develop scope forrepeat
business
ü To ensure innovative-customized solutions
are delivered to each client
ü To be proactive in learning about new orpotential
business projects
ü To work closely with the client servicing team to
develop estimates and proposals for potentialclients
ü To actively participate in overseeing the client
servicing team for implementation
ü To oversee the production team and the finance team
to ensure smooth delivery of the project
ü To ensure that committed project finances are
recovered in due time
