Work Mode: Field visits combined with desk/office coordination
Primary Objective: Drive territory sales support, manage client relationships, handle sample and order execution, and bridge field teams with manufacturing and logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Field & Client Coordination:
Travel across assigned territories to meet garment manufacturers, distributors, retail shops, and institutional buyers.
Present textile catalogs, explain fabric qualities/specifications, and distribute physical sample swatches.
Coordinate customer feedback on samples, pricing negotiations, and quotation follow-ups to convert leads into confirmed orders.
Order & Supply Chain Management:
Process purchase orders (POs) and track order status from inception to final dispatch.
Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, quality control, and logistics/dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of fabrics or finished apparel.
Monitor stock availability of popular fabric lines and presentation/sampling materials.
