📢 Job Opening: Sales & Customer Engagement Executive

🕙 Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

📍Location: Includes both office work and field visits

We are looking for a proactive and people-friendly individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Engagement Executive. This role involves both field visits and office responsibilities, including customer calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential and existing customers through field visits and phone calls

• Meet monthly sales and engagement targets

• Provide product information and support to customers (basic knowledge of building materials preferred)

• Maintain customer records and track follow-ups

• Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist in negotiating deals and closing sales

Requirements:

• Languages: Tamil (must), English (preferred), Hindi (bonus)

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Basic knowledge of building materials or willingness to learn

• Comfortable with both fieldwork and office-based tasks

• Self-motivated and target-driven

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
