Job Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our growing e-commerce company specializing in sewing machines. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate qualified leads by identifying and approaching potential customers (tailors) in specific areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit targeted areas and identify potential customers (tailors).

• Approach tailors, introduce them to our sewing machine products, and explain key benefits.

• Convince interested tailors to consider purchasing our products.

• Collect leads and necessary details from potential customers who show interest.

• Communicate the leads to the office team for further processing and conversion.

• Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets.

• Maintain basic reports of field visits and leads generated.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.

• Ability to work independently in the field.

• Prior field sales experience is a plus, but freshers with passion are also welcome.

• Basic understanding of sewing machines or tailoring industry is an advantage.
