DESIGNATION : FRESHER [ SALES DEPARTMENT ]

QUALIFICATION : INTERMEDIATE/12TH/GRADUATE

SALARY RANGE : FIXED STIPEND AS BELOW FOR FIRST FOUR MONTHS :

CAT A : 15000 PER MONTH + CONVEYANCE 1300 + INCENTIVES AS PER PERFORMANCE

CAT B : 13000 PER MONTH + CONVEYANCE 1300 + INCENTIVES AS PER PERFORMANCE

CAT C : 10000 PER MONTH + CONVEYANCE 1300 + INCENTIVES AS PER PERFORMANCE

On confirmation after 4 months , subject to satisfactory performance, promotion to Relationship Officer with salary as per Minimum Wages or 10% of current net take home.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

TO BUILD AND PRESERVE TRUSTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE CUSTOMER.

MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CLIENTS TO BOOST OUR BRAND AND PROFIT IN THE LONG RUN.
