Location: Karnataka (Field-based)
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services across assigned territories in Karnataka. The candidate must be fluent in Kannada and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
Visit customers and prospects in assigned areas to generate sales
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with customers
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/sales records
Minimum qualification: PUC / 10+2 / Any Graduation
0–5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Finance, or related sectors preferred)
Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Kannada language proficiency is mandatory
Basic knowledge of English or Hindi is an added advantage
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
Salary: Comparable to previous year (PY) / as per industry standards
