Business Development Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services by visiting customers in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, generate new leads, and achieve sales targets through direct, face-to-face interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers in assigned areas

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales

• Promote company products/services through direct meetings and demonstrations

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Collect market feedback and report competitor activities

• Maintain accurate records of customer visits and sales activities

• Follow up on payments, deliveries, and customer inquiries

• Coordinate with the sales team and management for updates and strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in field sales or outdoor sales (preferred)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and travel extensively

• Goal-oriented with a strong sales mindset

• Basic knowledge of smartphones, apps, and CRM tools

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
