Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team at Rj Wealth Creation. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for loan products(Personal loan,Business loan,Home loans.Overdraft and Bank transfers) through field visits,referrals and cold calling.
Meet potential customers and explain loan products .
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
Maintain Accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets .
Travel within the assigned area to to acquire new customers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification is 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sales and meeting targets.
Basic knowledge of banking and loan products is preferred.
Must have two wheeler with valid Driving licence.
Comfortable with field work and outdoor sales activities.
