Job Responsibilities:

Visit societies, PGs, local markets, hubs and other locations to source candidates.
Generate 10+ qualified leads daily through field visits.
Explain the job opportunity and onboarding process to candidates.
Follow up with candidates and support them until joining.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads and joinings.

Requirements:

Experience in field recruitment, field sales, BTL or delivery operations preferred.
Local language proficiency required.
Bike and valid driving license mandatory.
Comfortable with regular field travel and target-based work.
