Key Responsibilities
Perform Digital KYC (D-KYC) for new and existing telecom customers as per company process.
Verify customer identity and address documents through the approved digital KYC application.
Capture and upload the customer’s live photograph and required information as per the prescribed process.
Ensure customer details are accurately entered into the CAF/KYC system.
Verify documents and identify discrepancies, incomplete information, or suspicious/invalid documents.
Obtain and record customer consent wherever required.
Complete SIM activation, replacement, or other KYC-related processes within defined TAT.
Maintain complete accuracy of customer records and ensure data confidentiality.
Follow all company SOPs and applicable DoT/KYC compliance requirements.
Coordinate with the sales, distribution, and operations teams for KYC-related issues.
Resolve customer queries related to the KYC and SIM activation process.
Escalate technical, verification, or compliance-related issues to the Team Leader/Manager.
Maintain daily productivity and quality targets.
Ensure that KYC is performed only through authorized systems and by following approved procedures.
