Job Description

This role is available across all districts in Odisha.

Candidates from any district can apply. Field work only.

We are hiring Field Partners / Project Coordinators for waterproofing projects across Odisha.
This is a commission-based role only (No fixed salary).

Responsibilities:
– Arrange site visits and explain leakage solutions to customers
– Coordinate with painters and contractors
– Bring new projects and follow up till confirmation

Earning:
Commission is paid on every confirmed project.
Bigger project = higher commission.

Requirements:
– 10th pass or above
– Comfortable with field work
– WhatsApp & calling knowledge
– Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)

Company Support:
Training, quotation support and technical guidance.
