Job Summary
The Field Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of Field Collection Executives, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments, monitoring field activities, and achieving collection targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of Field Collection Executives.
Allocate collection cases and monitor daily field visits.
Ensure achievement of monthly collection and recovery targets.
Track team performance through regular reviews and MIS reports.
Provide guidance and support to team members in resolving customer issues.
Conduct field visits with team members to improve collection effectiveness.
Ensure adherence to company policies, collection procedures, and compliance requirements.
Monitor productivity, attendance, and discipline of the collection team.
Coordinate with operations, legal, and customer service teams for case resolution.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
Train new team members on collection processes, negotiation techniques, and compliance standards.
Analyze delinquent accounts and develop strategies to improve recovery rates.
