Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Kma Global Properties Private Limited. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits, client meetings, and property site visits.

• Generate and follow up on leads through field activities and networking.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Understand customer requirements and explain property projects professionally.

• Develop effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and deal closure.

• Maintain customer records, CRM updates, and daily activity reports.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and field activity targets.

• Provide regular performance updates and market feedback to management.

### Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduation, with •2+ years of experience• in Field Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Home Loans, or Insurance. Candidates should have strong communication, negotiation, customer handling, and relationship-building skills. A target-oriented and proactive approach is essential.

Own Two-Wheeler and Valid Driving License are mandatory. Candidates should be comfortable with field work and local travel.
