Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Runner to handle office errands, document collection and delivery, bank-related work, and other day-to-day outdoor tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit banks, clients, vendors, government offices, and other locations for official work.

• Collect and deliver documents, cheques, files, and other office materials.

• Handle bank deposits, cheque submissions, and document-related errands.

• Purchase office supplies and other required items.

• Assist with courier, dispatch, and delivery activities.

• Support the office team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Maintain proper records of documents, receipts, and deliveries.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned outdoor tasks.

• Handle company documents and information responsibly and confidentially.

Requirements

• Own two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.

• Valid driving licence is mandatory.

• Good knowledge of local roads and locations.

• Basic communication skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.

• Comfortable with regular local travel.

• Basic smartphone knowledge, including Google Maps and WhatsApp.

• Previous experience as an office runner, office boy, delivery executive, or similar role is preferred.
