Job Title: Direct Channel Executive – Health Insurance

## Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Direct Channel Executive to join our Health Insurance team. The role involves meeting clients face-to-face, understanding their healthcare and financial protection needs, explaining health insurance solutions, and driving sales of health insurance policies.

## Key Responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing clients to generate leads and build strong relationships.

• Understand customer healthcare and financial protection requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

• Clearly explain policy features, benefits, coverage, exclusions, and claim processes to clients.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated with company products, market trends, and health insurance regulations.

## Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Graduate (any stream).

• Experience in Health Insurance, Life Insurance, or BFSI Sales preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel and meet clients.

## Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹3 LPA to ₹4 LPA

• Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• Working Days: As per company policy.

## Age Criteria

• Maximum 33 years.
