Job Description: FOS Executive – Agri

Department: Sales / Rural Lending / Agri Finance

Location: Rural / Field-based (Assigned Territory)

Role Summary: The FOS Executive – Agri is responsible for driving business growth through

field-level activities in rural areas. The role involves visiting villages, engaging directly with farmers,

generating leads, and promoting agricultural loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit villages and identify potential customers.

• Meet farmers and explain loan products.

• Generate leads and source applications.

• Assist with documentation.

• Build relationships with farmers and influencers.

• Achieve monthly targets.

• Coordinate with branch teams.

• Conduct market surveys.

• Follow up until loan disbursement.

Eligibility:

• Age: 21–34 years

• Graduate preferred

• 0–3 years experience in Sales/BFSI/Microfinance

• Local language proficiency

• Must own a two-wheeler with license
