Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Field Technician to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting client locations, primarily corporate offices, to install, configure, and troubleshoot biometric attendance systems, CCTV surveillance systems, networking equipment, and servers. The role requires hands-on field work, effective communication with clients, and timely execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure biometric attendance systems and access control devices

• Install and set up CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and ensure video recording functionality

• Perform basic and advanced networking tasks, including laying cables, configuring routers/switches, and setting up LAN/WAN

• Install, configure, and maintain servers as per client requirements

• Conduct site visits for maintenance, troubleshooting, and support

• Provide on-site technical support and customer training when required

• Maintain accurate records of installations, service requests, and resolutions

• Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and reporting

• Ensure all installations are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in installation and troubleshooting of biometric devices, CCTV systems, and networking hardware

• Basic knowledge of server configuration (Windows/Linux-based systems)

• Strong understanding of IP networking, cable management, and system integration

• Ability to work independently and manage field tasks efficiently

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Must own a bike and have a valid driving license

• Willingness to travel to various corporate locations daily

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree (Any)

• Certifications like CCNA or similar will be an advantage
