Salary: ₹35,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Field Executive to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our business operations in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be a post graduate with excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow existing business relationships with clients and customers

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

- Meet sales targets and performance expectations

Requirements:

- Post graduate degree in any discipline

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and Tamil

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Proficient in MS Office and CRM
